My initial interest in Flickr seems to have been justified as now I'm really in to it, especially the API. To illustrate this Myself, Neil Cowburn and Paul Watson have started an open source project to provide a .NET wrapper around the Flickr API. The Flickr .NET Library is hosted on the GotDotNet workspaces and it's workspace, which is open to the public, can be found here: http://workspaces.gotdotnet.com/flickrdotnet.
There are RSS feeds in the workspace for News, Releases and Recent Checkins. We can also be found in the Flickr API Group where you can find an RSS feed for the discussions in RSS 2.0 or Atom format and news about any applications that we're building using the Flickr .NET Library.
Yesterday we made our first (very early) release that covers the Photo Upload API and includes Uploading Photos and User Authentication. Also released at the same time was a sample console application that illustrates how to call these methods.
As I mentioned the workspace is public, so if you feel that you've got something constructive to contribute, please do come on over and join in.
